Contexto Nacional e Internacional

                                                                                   

En un contexto mundial  caracterizado por una profunda crisis, que pone en duda  la capacidad del actual modelo para mantener las cuotas de ganancia  de los grandes capitalistas, y donde está en juego el futuro del planeta por un deterioro ambiental acelerado  los sectores dominantes no han sido capaces de instalar  un cambio profundo en el modelo de dominación, que asegure  una solución con menos turbulencias para los futuros del capitalismo.

Por el contrario se constata, como la mejor salida, hasta la fecha, el perfeccionamiento del propio sistema  de dominación capitalista de corte neoliberal. Se potencia al capital financiero con un mayor respaldo fiscal a la inversión y al endeudamiento, se mantiene un desempleo permanente, se aumenta  el endeudamiento público y déficit fiscal, espoleando las espaldas de millones de trabajadores y extendiendo los niveles de pobreza a lo largo del planeta. Al mismo tiempo  se deposita sus mayores esperanzas en las economías emergentes  que a la sobre explotación humana se suma la sobreexplotación de los recursos naturales, acelerando el proceso de recalentamiento global y colocando  al planeta al borde de una crisis sin retorno.
